Law Student Division
Law students attending ABA-accredited law schools may join the NCBA Law Student Division at no cost. By belonging to the Division, you receive many of the benefits that our attorney members enjoy, such as Casemaker, our online member directory and a wide variety of networking opportunities. All Division members are also members of the Young Lawyers Division, which sponsors committees and projects throughout the year.
YLD MENTORING PROGRAM BENEFITS LAW STUDENTS AND LAWYERS
The NCBA Young Lawyers Division, through the efforts of its Law School Activities Subcommittee, provides a mentoring program for students attending law school in North Carolina. The program matches volunteer lawyers and judges with law students who gain immeasurably from the opportunity to address issues and concerns relative to the practice of law. Mentors, in turn, gain insight into developments transpiring within the law schools and the NCBA through service to the legal profession.
The application is currently being revised. Please check back September 1, 2007.
